Coverage & claims
Extended Health
Most extended health plans include physiotherapy coverage. Plan limits, per-visit amounts and annual maximums differ between employers and insurers, so we recommend confirming your specific coverage before your first visit.
Direct Billing
Direct billing is available for many major insurers. Where a plan permits it, we submit your claim on your behalf and you pay only the remaining balance. Some plans require you to pay in full and submit for reimbursement.
MSP Supplementary Benefits
Patients who qualify for MSP Supplementary Benefits may receive partial coverage toward physiotherapy visits. A clinic fee applies for the portion not covered by MSP. Please let our team know when booking if you have MSP Supplementary Benefits.
ICBC
If you have been injured in a motor vehicle collision, physiotherapy treatment may be covered under your ICBC claim. Bring your claim number and adjuster details to your first visit so our team can process your file.
WorkSafeBC
Physiotherapy for accepted WorkSafeBC claims may be covered. Please bring your claim number and employer information so we can coordinate care and reporting.
Cancellation Policy
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to change or cancel an appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments are charged a fee, as the time has been reserved specifically for you.
